Where Djokovic is bringing us into the new era of tennis

As you guys might've been able to tell from my past blogs, I'm a pretty big tennis fanatic. Recently, The BNP Paribas Open in California just ended with Djokovic shocking Nadal in the final. At this point in the tennis season, Djokovic has gone 18-0 with a 2-0 record against Federer and a 1-0 record against Nadal. Seriously, that's scary, when's the last time you heard of Federer and Nadal having a losing record against someone (besides eachother)? Maybe it's that Djokovic upped his game, or maybe he's just making better faces.

Whatever the case, Djokovic is bringing us to a whole new era of dominance, where Federer is no longer top dog. No offense to him, but he isn't getting younger. The new rivalry, it seems, will be Djokovic vs. Nadal in a  lot of the bigtime Opens, and honestly I'm okay with that. If you've seen the new vigor with which Djokovic has been playing the game, you know any finals he's in will be a finals worth watching.
